Terms of sale
These terms apply to consumer purchases from the Mawlana online store. Read them together with the product information, delivery options and Returns & refunds policy available before you order. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products, prices and payment
Check the product description, selected size and colour, quantity and delivery details before placing your order. The order total, including applicable taxes collected by us and delivery charges, is shown at checkout before payment. You can pay using the methods offered at checkout. Keep your order confirmation for your records. If you notice an error in your order details, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Delivery
Standard delivery costs €35 and is free for orders of €300 or more after discounts. Estimated standard delivery is 3–5 business days. Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout for your address. If an order is delayed or missing, contact info@mawlana.us; your legal rights concerning delivery, cancellation and reimbursement remain available. For delivery arranged by us, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have 14 calendar days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. For a single order delivered separately, the period starts after the last item arrives. If the notification deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it extends to the next working day. You then have 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back. Use Withdraw from contract to submit a return or cancellation request, or email info@mawlana.us. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. Our Returns & refunds policy explains the procedure, refund timing, standard outbound delivery reimbursement and lawful treatment of diminished value. These rules do not limit rights for faulty goods or stronger mandatory rights.
Legal guarantee
Goods must conform to the contract and their description. Where Italian consumer law applies, new goods have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. Contact us about a fault or incorrect item even if the 14-day change-of-mind period has ended. Repair or replacement is free of charge where legally available; a price reduction or refund applies when the statutory conditions are met. We bear the necessary remedy costs, including return shipping. Longer or stronger rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
International orders and customs
Where delivery outside the EU is available, destination import duties, taxes and carrier clearance charges not already collected at checkout are your responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law. Customs procedures may delay delivery. This does not remove your statutory delivery, withdrawal or refund rights. For a return from outside the EU, contact us for available return and export documentation. Customs relief is not automatic; we do not automatically deduct unverified customs charges from a refund.
Shopify and your information
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information from store visits and purchases to provide its platform and Enhanced Services, including analytics, personalization and advertising through Shopify Network Intelligence. This can involve data about interactions with Mawlana, other merchants and Shopify, and sharing with Shopify and relevant third parties in other countries. Depending on your location, Shopify privacy rights and objection or opt-out tools are available at https://privacy.shopify.com.
Your rights and these terms
Contact info@mawlana.us if you need help or wish to make a complaint. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your right to bring a claim before a competent court. Applicable mandatory consumer protections, including any stronger protection in your country, take priority. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not alter an existing order without your agreement or a lawful basis.
